Audiences were delighted on Friday 25 September with a concert programme that included much-loved pieces by Bach, Vierne and Charpentier.
The excellent Brassworks quintet were joined by trumpeter Pete Moss and parish organist Tim Hall, in a recital that raised a welcome £371.80 for parish funds.
A particular highlight was the premiere of a new composition by Prescot Festival director Dr Robert Howard – Flautando, played on solo flute by the piece’s dedicatee, Laura Bonnett.
A big thank-you to our musicians, volunteers and audiences.
